Your rental time includes the entire time you need at The Orchid Venue — including setup, decorating for your event, and time to cleanup.

We want you to have the flexibility to make the space your own without having to worry about rushing through setup or cleanup. Your rental hours are yours to use from start to finish.

Many of our clients choose to add additional hours to their rental so they have even more time to decorate, get ready, enjoy the venue before guests arrive, or simply relax and take their time at the end of the celebration.

Need a little more time? Just ask! Extra hours can be added to your rental for an additional fee.

Elevate your celebration with The Orchid Venue’s curated collection of premium décor pieces, thoughtfully selected to complement our elegant, modern-vintage style. From our stunning 5-foot floral chandelier and delicate bud vases to glowing LED pillar candles, gold candlesticks, hurricane vases, Spring/Summer and Winter Bouquets, and lush eucalyptus garlands. These details make it easy to create a beautifully styled event. Our collection also includes hydrangea blooms, wine glasses, and a variety of elegant signage pieces—giving you access to the finishing touches that make your celebration feel polished, personal, and unforgettable!
